FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE dIRECTOR
Gilbert is the founder and Executive Director of Development Solutions Consultancy. He is a proven Organizational Development (OD) Consultant and an Executive Coach premised on Social Change Management, Institutional Development, Organizational Sustainability(Social Enterprise Approaches ), Organizational Capacity Assessments and Development, Partnership and Grant Management Processes, Strategic Leadership and Planning, Team Management & Development, Resource Mobilization & Effective Project Management.
Gilbert has over 22 Years of development experience (15 years formal employment and 6years in consultancies) in organizational development providing technical and advisory services in Organizational Development Processes, Leadership, Strategic Planning, Governance, and Sustainability to individuals, agencies, private and public sector.
DEV’S Consulting is composed of a cross-functional team of individuals with varied skillsets from different areas of the African continent working collectively to achieve and refine the organisation’s goals and objectives.
