DEVS has trained over 35 Community-based organizations leadership structures on governance and effective management of projects.

Role and functionality of CBO community structure
Local CBOs can serve as implementers and as a committee as they run their CBOs without hiring staff. This approach has been piloted Development solution and it works. Committees are trained on separation of powers amongst themselves, reporting lines and accountability amongst each other. This has been piloted amongst CBOs in Lesotho, supported by World Vision.
