Country Director – Uganda
Francis is a renowned lecturer at Uganda Christian University, where he has been offering excellent service since 2003. Prior to that, he previously worked as a tutor at Melbourne University, Australia, a teaching assistant at Makerere between 1985-1986 as well as twice serving as a town clerk for Bombo and Katakwi between 1993-1999 and 1999-2003 respectively. It is this wealth of experience, organisational skills and expertise that Francis adds to us as a consulting organisation and is an integral part of our future and our service to Africa and beyond.
