Training follow through

For all trainings conducted by Development Solutions, a database of trainees is established and periodically, the trainees are monitored or visited to assess the changes in their lives/or community or what they have been able to do as a result of the training.
AFTER TRAINING

Individual change plans, which include timelines and projected deliverables, are prepared after group action plans.

Monitoring is done in accordance with agreed-upon plans, and it can include things like visiting project locations or reviewing changes in knowledge and application. Development solutions teams visit and chat with trainees about their experiences after the training, as well as areas where they have issues. This technique has allowed most entrepreneurial trainees to not only be resilient but also to bridge the gap between theory and practice. In a year, replicate or train a total of 50 people, then graduate.

APPOACH

Enterprise Facilitators is the highest level attained by trainees who have transferred knowledge and skills to 50 or more community members, with at least half of the trainees knowing and practising what they have been taught. After that, a trainee is entitled to graduate and become an Enterprise Facilitator.
