Nthabiseng Motjolopane is a Director , senior legal and regulatory expert with Development Solutions PTY LTD with over 25 years of experience across corporate governance, telecommunications regulation, commercial law, and public sector reform in Lesotho and South Africa. She has held executive leadership roles in major telecommunications companies, including General Manager & Company Secretary at Econet Telecom Lesotho and Executive Head: Legal & Regulatory at Vodacom Lesotho.
Her expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance (telecoms and fintech), stakeholder engagement, tender and contract management, litigation oversight, and international negotiations. She has led high-value transactions, including a US$30 million network expansion financing, establishment of mobile financial services, international roaming frameworks, and national ICT regulatory reforms.
Nthabiseng is a qualified Advocate of the High Court of Lesotho and the Orange Free State (South Africa). She holds an LLB and BA in Law from the National University of Lesotho, and a Postgraduate qualification in International Law from McGill University. She has also served as an independent consultant to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) on electronic transactions and ICT legal frameworks.
